Dr. Jessica Reddy, DDS, is a proud graduate of the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry. Raised in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago suburbs, Dr. Reddy combines world-class training with Midwestern values, bringing warmth, humility, and integrity to every patient interaction. She is Kois-educated, equipping her with advanced clinical tools to deliver thoughtful, evidence-based care—but what truly sets her apart is her commitment to building long-term relationships and always prioritizing the patient’s well-being over financial gain.
Dr. Reddy believes in treating people, not just teeth, and approaches her work with empathy and honesty. She lives in Chicago with her dog, Tiffin, and enjoys traveling, working out, and embracing the simple joys of life. Her approachable nature, paired with clinical excellence, makes her a trusted provider for patients seeking both expertise and genuine care.
Dr. Yosra Anjum is a general dentist and a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. She is passionate about providing comprehensive dental care with a special interest in pediatric and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Anjum is dedicated to creating a trusting, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and confident in their care. She is also an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society.
Outside of dentistry, she loves spending time with family and friends, staying active through pickleball, and exploring her creative side through baking. She loves traveling and as a Chicago native who loves coffee and matcha, likes discovering new cafés around the city. She is always on the lookout for great coffee and unique experiences.
Dr. Jim Ballesteros received his dental degree in 1989 at the prestigeous University of the East College of Dentistry in Manila, Philippines. It is considered as one of the pioneers of dental education and one of the top dental schools in the Philippines. Soon after, he brought his expertise to the United States, completing specialized training at Northwestern University in Chicago.
After completing all necessary coursework for foreign-trained dentists, he worked as an associate dentist with seven other doctors in downtown Chicago. He would later establish his first dental practice in 1996 in Willowbrook, Illinois. Dr. Ballesteros has been successfully practicing the craft of dentistry for more than 27 years, culminating in his latest, state-of-the-art practice, Smiles on Enterprise.
Yaritza is a Registered Dental Hygienist committed to providing high-quality patient-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Passionate about educating patients on the importance of oral health, she takes a personalized approach to care that meets each patient’s unique needs. With a strong foundation in the latest techniques, Yaritza brings both precision and a warm chair-side manner to every visit. She is dedicated to continuous learning and takes pride in seeing the positive impact her care has on patients.
Yaritza’s favorite season is fall, due to the comfort of sweater weather and the warmth of bonfires. She enjoys baking and watching movies with family and friends. She believes that just as a good recipe requires the right ingredients, optimal oral health requires a balance of care, education, and a supportive dental office environment, where patients are empowered with the knowledge to maintain a healthy smile.

Backed by years of experience in healthcare settings — and a Bachelor’s in Small Business Management — she combines operational expertise with a warm, patient-first approach.

With 7 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, she brings both expertise and heart to her role, especially when working with children—a part of dentistry she genuinely loves.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Deyanira is able to connect with a wide range of patients, ensuring clear and comfortable communication at every visit. Her ability to make patients feel cared for and confident during their appointments reflects her deep passion for creating positive dental experiences for everyone.

Tiffin is our much-loved Patient Comfort Specialist, known for her gentle spirit and calming presence. She’s here to make dental visits feel less stressful and a little more like home—especially for kids, first-time patients, and anyone who could use a reassuring paw nearby.
