Smiles on Enterprise strives to serve as many patients as possible in our community. Our office asks for a deposit to reserve your appointment. Any remaining balances are the responsibility of the patient and are to be paid either prior to scheduling or at the next appointment. For major dental and cosmetic services we do ask for a deposit and that the balance be paid at the time of service. We welcome all patients to our dental spa, and can answer any questions at your initial appointment.

Scheduling

Our team recognizes that your time is valuable, which is why we strive to accommodate you at a time that is convenient with your schedule. We are happy to schedule any appointments with you over the phone during business hours or you may use our online booking service by clicking below. We require a 48-hour notice for canceling appointments, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

Smiles on Enterprise is proud to serve Chicagoland and the surrounding areas. We participate in many PPO insurance plans, and while this information will be verified at your initial appointment, insurance plans we accept include DeltaDental and more. We are in-network with many insurance plans, and can review your insurance coverage at your initial appointment. If you are out-of-network or don’t have insurance, please call our office to discuss your options.
